About
A mixed-use, mixed-income project located on “Block 3” of the former St. Anthony Central Hospital campus on West Colfax. Block 3 includes the adaptive reuse of the existing historic, 6 story, 40,000 sq. ft. Kuhlman Building into 49 units of workforce housing, and conversion of the attached 5,800 sq. ft. historic gymnasium into a restaurant/brewery. Additionally the site features a new cafe and public plaza at the northeast corner of the site.
